Luke Oyovwevotu, has been a Librarian and was the Head of Department of Library/ICT at Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency. He is also an adjunct lecturer. He holds a Diploma in Library Science, a Degree in Library and Information Science and a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science, all from Delta State University, Abraka. He also bagged a Master’s Degree in Information Communication Technology from the National Open University. He is a doctorate degree holder (PhD) in Information Resources Management at Babcock University (2017).

He has held position such as Secretary to the Union (ASURI) NNMDA branch for several years.

He has series of trainings in Librarianship and skills, he also had trainings and certification in Health Safety and Environment, training on Banking Operation, as well as certificate in Intellectual Property

He was one time award winner for best performance as a safety cadet during his NYSC days in Kwara State from federal Road Safety Commission.

He has published a numbers of Local and International Journal as well as chapter in edited book.

He is a member of Nigeria Library Association(NLA) and a Chartered Librarian.

He is married and blessed with children.
