Abel Oguntoyinbo is a staff of Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency (NNMDA) in the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. He obtained Final Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology at the University of Ibadan and He is an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Science Laboratory Technology (NISLT). He also acquired PGD in HIV/AIDS Education and Management from National Open University of Nigeria.  He is currently an Assistant Chief Laboratory Technology in the microbiology laboratory of NNMDA. He participated in the laboratory analyses of some of the Agency’s products and amongst them are Evaluation of the efficacy of Naturemed Herbal Anti- Dermatosis Soap in comparison with equivalent antiseptic soap in Nigeria, Development and evaluation of Naturemed antimalarial herbal therapy with antibiotic prospects, and Anti- Diabetic Properties of Natural Dietary Supplement (Diabflush) in Albino Rats. The result of the analyses were locally and internationally presented at conference organized by WANNPRES (Osun State-2012) and ANDi (Addis Ababa, Ethiopia -2011). Some of the training/workshops attended are on Laboratory Methods of water Sampling Analysis and Environmental Pollution and Control; and Modern Laboratory Diagnostic Methods and Techniques. He enjoyed Supporting and assisting staff to solve issues related to technical affairs and technical tasks. He ensured standard test methods and management technical activities on all matters of interest are adequately and timely attended to.
