Adebola Ayisat EFFA: (OND, HND. PGD(Edu), M. ED, M.SC Bio-chem) is a Laboratory Technologist

Adebola Effa, who graduated from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic from the Department of Chem/Bio-chem obtained her PGD and M. ED from the National Open University of Nigeria between 2011 and 2016, and in 2023 she obtained her master’s degree in Biochemistry from Crown University International chartered. Inc, USA.

She started her research career in 2000 as a Scientific Officer before being converted to a Laboratory Technologist. She served as an adjunct lecturer with Nigeria College of Natural Medicine before it was suspended.

 She had served diligently in the research department from where she rose to become a Chief Laboratory Technologist and head of the Agency’s Laboratory Department.  

Adebola Effa has participated in a couple of national and international conferences where she presented a paper on the Evaluation of the Efficacy of Naturemed Herbal Anti-Dermatosis Soap In Comparison With Equivalent Antiseptic Soaps In Nigeria at ANDI, UNECA, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. She was also the lead officer in the Agency’s acquisition of ISO 17025-2017 in 2023.

She’s also member of some professional bodies namely Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria (IPAN), Nigeria Institute of Science and Laboratory Technologists (NISLT).

She has also served as the PRO of SSAUTHRIAI and currently she’s the Chairperson of SSAUTHRIAI in NNMDA.
